Preeti Puri – Registered Teacher
Kia ora koutou, my name is Preeti. I’m a qualified early childhood teacher and have recently completed my Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education from NZTC.
I’m originally from New Delhi, India, and I’m currently living in New Zealand with my family. I value cultural diversity and inclusive practice in my teaching, and having one daughter has further strengthened my understanding of children’s learning and well-being. My hobbies include art and craft, creative activities with children, and spending quality time with my family. I also enjoy learning about different cultures and incorporating creativity into everyday practice. My name is Rajinder Kaur, and I am excited to be joining this wonderful Early Childhood Education centre. Originally from India, I bring with me over 10 years of teaching experience.
Teaching has always been my passion, and over the years I have developed a deep love for working in the early childhood sector. I strongly believe that the early years are the most important stage in a child’s life, as it lays the foundation for lifelong learning, wellbeing, and development.
My goal is to provide a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where tamariki (children) feel respected, supported, and free to explore and grow.
Coming from a rich cultural background, I value diversity and inclusion and look forward to sharing my culture while also embracing the cultures, values, and traditions of Aotearoa New Zealand. I am also enthusiastic about building strong, respectful relationships with tamariki, whānau, and colleagues, and I look forward to learning from and alongside all of you.

My name is Vishuddhi Omesha. I am originally from Sri Lanka, where I worked as a government School teacher before I moved to New Zealand. I hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and I am currently studying for my Master of Education. I am passionate about supporting children’s learning and creating a warm, caring and engaging environment.
